Hiroshi brings extensive sales and marketing executive experience from his 30+ years with IBM and embedded software industry, together with practical and logical approach built on MBA.
As APAC Director at MontaVista, Hiroshi is responsible for leading the MontaVista sales effort and is developing business penetrating into network segment with building up the overall company value proposition and brand.

He has sales expertise spans from Software, Development Services, Consulting, to Hardware Product Planning for Network/IT/CE related. He served as Regional Sales Director at HCL, was Sales Director for WindRiver Japan, also worked for several international companies including APAC Brand Manager Position for Workstation Product with IBM's Personal Systems Product Group.

Hiroshi completed M.B.A. at Nagoya University of Commerce and Business, which AACSB Accredited and the only Japanese business school accredited by AMBA at that time.
