Conference Logistics
Hotel Check InUpon arrival at the Marriott Hotel, please proceed to the main registration desk for room accommodations. Check in time is 3PM, and if you are arriving earlier, please contact the hotel to request an early check in. If a room is not available upon arrival, the bell desk will be happy to store you bags for you until your room is ready.
Conference Check-In
There will be a conference registration desk to check-in to the conference. After you check-in, you will receive your conference materials including a program agenda and conference name badge. You will need a photo ID to pick up your conference materials.
Name Badges
Name Badges will be provided on-site at the VISION 2007. Conference badges are to be worn at all times, as these will identify you as a VISION 2007 Conference attendee. Failure to wear your badge may prevent you from entering the general sessions and all other conference areas. If you lose your badge, please return to the registration desk for a replacement. Your photo ID will be required to pick up your name badge for the conference.
Meals
MontaVista will provide all meals during the conference. Special dietary requirements should be indicated when you register. Any meals or snacks outside the sponsored functions outlined in the agenda will be at your own expense.
Attire
The attire for the MontaVista VISION 2007 Conference is business casual. For the Tuesday evening dinner an entertainment, the attire is also business casual.
