Upon acceptance into the MontaVista Partnering Program, both companies agree to share executive quotes in major product press releases and joint customer wins, as appropriate. Both companies also agree to display each other's corporate and/or partnership logos, maintain a directory listing on their respective corporate websites, and actively develop and distribute partnering materials.
Partner companies are welcome to make press announcements that contain references to MontaVista Software and its products. In such press announcements, partners must include a link to the MontaVista web site (www.mvista.com). MontaVista will be given the opportunity to review any partner announcement that contains references to MontaVista Software or its products. In relation to trade shows, conferences, and exhibits, members of the program are encouraged to use MontaVista partner collateral and signage, which can be provided upon request.
When displaying the MontaVista Partner logo, it must be no less than half the size of the partner’s logo or product name.
If a partner demonstration contains any MontaVista Software product, the accompanying signage has to include at least one bullet that includes MontaVista messaging and/or the MontaVista Software logo.
