Google Android
This demonstration shows Google's Android platform running on MontaVista Mobilinux. It's demonstrated on a board using a Texas Instruments OMAP3430 processor. The full functionality of Android is shown as we navigate around the user interface, in and out of different applications, showing the performance of the Mobilinux on the OMAP3430 processor.

One Second Linux Boot!
This demonstration shows an embedded Linux system booting in less than one second. The demo was shown at the Mobile World Congress event in Barcelona, Spain in February, 2009. The demo shows how an automotive, military, aerospace, or other application can achieve a rapid start from a cold boot. The display becomes fully active in less then 1.5 seconds from cold boot. This includes the hardware initialization time, so the actual Linux system boot time is under one second. (1 minutes)
